We're a proud, family-owned business with deep roots in our community, dedicated to providing exceptional construction services with integrity, expertise, and a personal touch. Our team is led by David Caldwell, an experienced professional who brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. Born and raised in Wolfe City, TX, David started his career in construction as a brick laborer before learning the ropes of metalworking under his uncle. After earning a degree in Business Administration with a Real Estate minor from Texas A&M Commerce, David spent ten years as the CEO of Senior Center Resources and Public Transit, managing the Hunt County Meals on Wheels and Elderly and Disabled Transportation programs. His diverse experience in business and public service, combined with his passion for construction, fuels the success of our company today.

Alongside David is his wife, Kelli Caldwell, the Director of Patient Access at Hunt Regional Healthcare. With 25 years of experience in improving patient services, Kelli’s commitment to her community mirrors the care and dedication we bring to our construction projects. The Caldwell's were married in 1997, and after a short time in Greenville, they returned to their hometown of Wolfe City to raise their three children.

Their children, Zain Pennington, Dawson Caldwell, and Kailyn Caldwell, have all graduated from Wolfe City High School and have pursued successful careers. Dawson, a graduate of Texas A&M, is the on-site Project Manager for David Caldwell Construction, LLC, ensuring every project is handled with precision and care. He’s married to Alyssa, and they have two energetic grandchildren, Paisley (LG) and Adi (Smiley), who always keep the family on their toes! Kailyn, a Texas Tech graduate, now serves as the Director of Events and Public Relations at the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, adding her creative touch to our family’s legacy of community involvement.
